Having experienced a great amount of pleasure while working in the casting industry and after spending a major part of his life working with the different aspects of the trade, he decided to create a business of his own. His son, Tony C. Lapati began to learn the tenacious enterprise in the early 80's. Several years later, this became his full time job. Having the same desire, and ambition for his work place as his father, Tony C. Lapati took presidency over the company in 2005.
